Can I order products in bulk quantities?

Yes, we do sell items in bulk. Please email us and let us know the item and quantity you are interested in and we will get back to you quickly with the best price.

Can I order by phone?

Sorry we are currently unable to take orders over the phone.

The item I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?

All items shown as in stock are subject to availability. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and of course you can cancel the order if you wish.
Some of our items which are due back in stock soon are shown on the website with their due date to allow you to order now for quick dispatch as soon as the item becomes available.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible using the contact us form or by emailing us directly at support@minigadget.co.uk quoting your order number and full name and delivery address, we will endeavour to stop your order before it is dispatched however we process orders using an automated dispatch system so we cannot guarantee to be able to stop the order before postage. If you do not cancel your order in time, please refer to our returns & refunds section for further details.
