Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry we are currently unable to take payments over the phone.

What payments methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment method is PayPal. However we are able to accept cheque or postal order if you prefer. Please contact us using the contact us form or email us directly at support@minigadget.co.uk for further details.

I do not have a PayPal account - can I pay by credit or debit card?

It is possible for you to pay for your MiniGadget purchase using your credit or debit card through PayPal – you do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us!
When you get to the checkout, on the confirm your delivery information then when you get to the Payment Information screen, click ‘continue ’ on the next page click on the link:

Why is my payment on hold?

If your order shows as ‘eCheque – Payment on hold’ it means the payment is currently clearing. The reason we did not received it instantly is because you have used an ‘eCheque’ method of payment, this method takes several days just like a regular cheque. It is usually because you do not have a credit card attached your email account. Please note that the payment will come out of your account a while before it reaches ours and just because the payment has left your account it does not mean the payment has been received. You will be notified once we have received your payment and we always process orders as quickly as possible once payment has cleared.

Why has my payment been rejected?
