Can I return the item I ordered?

If you would like to return the item, please email us at support@minigadget.co.uk or use the contact us form, letting us know your full order details and we will provide you with our returns instructions. We cannot accept non-authorised returns.

The item I received is not faulty can I still return it?

If the item is not faulty, you must notify us within 7 days and you are responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be complete with all accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc if any were included. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable conditions or are damaged.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements unless we receive back the original item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process them and issue a refund within five working days (this may take longer depending on how long your card provider takes to process the payment).
