- You will receive an email from our automated system with your online tracking ID.

- If you have forgotten your online ticket ID you can request a reminder of it here: http://www.minigadget.co.uk/helpdesk/ticket.php
- When our customer services team responds to your query you will receive an email letting you know that you can log in to see our response. The email will contain a link to view our response directly.
- If we have solved your query you can close the support ticket.
- If we have not resolved the issue, or it is an ongoing matter, you can update the support ticket with further queries or information at anytime.
