How does the online ticket system work?

  1. When you submit a query via our helpdesk, an online support ticket is opened.
  2. You will receive an email from our automated system with your online tracking ID.
  3. The email will instructions on how to log in to view your support ticket.  It will have a link to take you directly to your ticket. Or you can enter your tracking ID here: http://www.minigadget.co.uk/helpdesk/ticket.php
  4. If you have forgotten your online ticket ID you can request a reminder of it here: http://www.minigadget.co.uk/helpdesk/ticket.php
  5. When our customer services team responds to your query you will receive an email letting you know that you can log in to see our response.  The email will contain a link to view our response directly.
  6. If we have solved your query you can close the support ticket.
  7. If we have not resolved the issue, or it is an ongoing matter, you can update the support ticket with further queries or information at anytime.
